Current training schedule for: Nike Half Marathon
I just updated this plan in accordance with my Thurs night PPTC speed sesh (seshes?!) and my Eq membership. SW = speedwork with PPTC and XT will entail classes at Eq. I will likely interchange Fri and Sat workouts. Also, I am really bad at following a day-to-day schedule so my workouts aren't necessarily in day order, although I try to stick to the weekly plan as much as possible. I think that part of a successful training plan is tweaking it to fit your everyday life (like eating and drinking with friends).
Week 6 (2/25)
2/25: Rest
2/26: 5 miles easy
2/27: 6 miles easy, 30/60/90 class
2/28: PPTC, pyramid intervals
Week 5 (2/18):
2/18: 3 miles easy
2/19: Kettlebells
2/20: 7.25 miles easy
2/21: Rest
2/22: Rest
2/23: 10x400s, Barre class
2/24: 12 miles easy
Weekly total: 27.34 miles
Week 4 (2/11)
2/11: Eq Cardio Sculpt and abs
2/12: Run 6 miles easy
2/13: Run 4.8 miles easy
2/14: Two sets of 123 intervals at 10:00/7:30, Ripped Arms/Abs class
2/15: Rest
2/16: 11 miles easy
2/17: Purgatory Bootcamp class

Week 3 (2/4):

2/5: XT- Eq 30/60/90 and 30/60/90 abs
2/6: 5.5 miles, easy
2/7: PPTC speed- 4x800s at 3:53
2/8: Run 4 miles easy
2/9: Run 3 miles, spin 1 hour
2/10: Run 10 miles
